All of these tests are available individually, as well. Be aware that some of these tests may be required by your lending institution. Your real estate professional can advise you as to which tests you need.
Wood-destroying insects (pest/termite inspection)
This test is performed by a local
pest control company that performs these test on a daily basis for
Pro-Tech Digital
Inspections PLLC clients and well as other inspectors clients.
They offer a special discounted rate, since they perform so many of them
for Pro-Tech Clients. Pro-Tech charges a small administrative fee for
scheduling their services for you home. The end result is the client gets
a professionally performed WDI (wood Destroying Insect) report at a
substantially less price than if you called a pest control company to do
the same report. This report includes all wood destroying insects that
could harm your home.
Sprinkler System:
We check all of the
sprinkler heads in all the different zones to make sure they are all
working and covering the desired area.
Swimming Pool / Spa:
We inspect for deficiencies
in the pool surfaces, copings, and decks. We also check for problems
with the drains, skimmers, valves, pump motors, controls, heating systems,
and any water leaks at the pools equipment.
Gas Leaks:
When we perform a gas
leak test we check the source, and go straight to the meter. Just checking
the appliances in the house will not tell you if there is a leak under
ground. This type of
testing will tell you if there is a gas leak anywhere on the house side of
the city gas meter.
